Happy Happy New Year from The Smiths!
Hope all my wonderful friends and family had a great 2011 and now a fabulous 2012.
I really won't be on for the next 2-3 weeks. We have our foundation repaired. We have a pier and beam house, so they are going to be cutting all the floors out and replacing beams and joyces ...oh! y'all get the drift. I don't need to bore y'all any more.

This will be the 3rd time I've tried to comment. Don't know why it never shows on your blog.
I would hate to have all my floors removed! Are you living elsewhere while all this work is happening? And what caused the damage....termites? But it will be a new house when the work is done!
